Headquartered in Beijing and founded for 25 years, Anli Partners operates through an extensive network of 12 offices across key cities including Shanghai, Shenzhen and Hangzhou with a team of over 700 professionals, comprising more than 120 partners and senior counsels and 450 lawyers providing quality and diversified legal services to premier clients. We are confident that there will be strong synergies created with Beijing Anli (Hong Kong) Partners in serving clients’ needs under dynamic legal landscape particularly in respect of cross-border disputes resolutions, corporate and capital market transactions, family office and wealth management thereby rendering legal support to Chinese enterprises with “Go Global” strategy.

Leveraging on our Hong Kong foundation and common law expertise, and continuing to collaborate with our long-standing strategic alliances with reputable law firms in Japan, Korea, Taiwan and France, CFN Lawyers LLP strives to deliver more integrated and effective legal solutions to clients through this new association with Beijing Anli (Hong Kong) Partners.

Following our strategic transformation of the firm into LLP structure in September 2025, CFN Lawyers LLP has relocated its head office to New World Tower in Central in May 2026.
