Bon-G focuses his practice on corporate & commercial, initial public offerings and general compliance work. Bon-G has extensive experience in advising listed issuers or underwriters in initial public offering projects, post listing compliance matters, corporate restructuring, corporate governance and other general commercial matters.
Bon-G qualified in Hong Kong in 2011. He has worked in a leading local corporate finance law firm for several years before joining CFN Lawyers.
