Riding on solid and hands-on experience and tremendous passion of our lawyers in legal practice, we are extremely grateful for the achievements made by our united team since we were founded in 2013. We have successfully listed over 50 companies in Hong Kong through our participation as counsels of issuers or sponsors in initial public offerings. We also have solid track record in tackling complex legal issues, especially involving transactional matters in the PRC and Asia Pacific region. Given our competitive edge, we have been repeatedly retained by listed companies, financial advisors, sponsors, underwriters, fund managers, venture capital and private equity houses, high net worth individuals and entrepreneurs.

OUR GEOGRAPHIC PRESENCE AND STRATEGIC ALLIANCE
Complementing the growth of our clients and our clients’ businesses, and cultivating new business relationships and valuable collaboration opportunities, we have recently added new locations to our geographic coverage by setting up representative office in Qianhai, Shenzhen, in the Mainland China, and also a branch office in New York, the U.S.A. Establishing a presence in both Qianhai and New York has enhanced our ability to serve a diverse range of clients across borders and expand our capabilities in offering legal solutions to both domestic and international clients and help navigate their needs in the dynamic legal landscape.
Other than having presence in Mainland China and the U.S.A, we have also established long-term strong alliance with law firms in Japan, Taiwan and Korea in order to extend the outreach of our legal services and provide regional support to our international clients. Toranomon Chuo is a Japanese law firm with over 40 years history and is recognized as one of the most comprehensive firms in Japan. Our alliance firm in Taiwan, Stellex Law Firm, is named as recognized law firm in Greater China Area by Chambers and Partner 2023, whereas Orne Hanuel Attorneys-at-law is a boutique Korean law firm specializing in criminal defense, construction/real estate and general corporate practices. Through the collaboration, we have expanded our geographic outreach to provide all-rounded legal services to clients with business coverage in the East Asia region.
AMALGAM GROUP PRACTICE
On 10 February 2021, CFN Lawyers and LT Lawyers co-founded “Amalgam Group Practice”, which was established under the Solicitors (Group Practice) Rules to be a membership organisation consisting of different firms of solicitors that conduct their businesses together under a common name in mutual co-operation, while legally remaining as separate practices. This arrangement fosters the economy of scale and a refined cost-performance ratio.
