Simon has a broad range of commercial and corporate finance practice experience, and particularly in initial public offerings, merger and acquisitions, regulatory and compliance matters.
He obtained his Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto and his Bachelor of Laws degree from the City University of Hong Kong in 2006. In 2008 he obtained the Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from the University of Hong Kong. He qualified as a solicitor in 2010 and joined CFN Lawyers in 2021 from an international law firm.
Simon is also a Certified Public Accountant. He worked at the assurance department of an international accounting firm in Hong Kong for seven years before he was admitted as a lawyer in Hong Kong.
