Mr. Yuan Kai, PRC qualified lawyer, is also a qualified solicitor in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
Mr. Yuan graduated from Fudan University with an LL.B degree in 2002 and from TLBU as LL.M in 2004.
Mr. Yuan returned to Broad & Bright as a partner in August, 2021. As one of the few lawyers who are qualified both in mainland China and HKSAR, Keith is the head of the Greater Bay Area Business Team of Broad & Bright and at the same time the counsel for CFN Lawyers in association with Broad & Bright. Before returning to Broad & Bright, he was the head of the compliance department of a prestigious private equity firm. And before that, Keith was Managing Partner of Broad & Bright Hong Kong, registered foreign lawyer of Goodwin Procter (Hong Kong) and later, of DLA Piper (Hong Kong).
Mr. Yuan's practice has a strong focus in private equity investment. He specializes also in corporate finance, capital market, real estate development, cross-border M&A and fund formation, and has accumulated extensive experience in building transaction structures and executing projects.
