Jenny is one of the founding partners of CFN Lawyers. Her practice has a strong focus in corporate finance and commercial matters including initial public offerings and secondary listings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, joint venture transactions and general corporate compliance issues. She has represented a wide variety of market participants, including listed companies, financial institutions, startup enterprises as well as investment funds.
Jenny qualified in Hong Kong in 2004 and in England and Wales in 2005. She has previously practiced at Woo, Kwan, Lee & Lo, DLA Piper Hong Kong and Maples and Calder. She had also acquired substantial regional corporate experience when she served as in-house counsel in a publicly listed pan-Asian life insurance group.
Jenny is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
