Jannie obtained her Juris Doctor in 2020 from the City University of Hong Kong and Postgraduate Certificate in Laws in 2023 from the same university. She also obtained a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from Hong Kong Baptist University. Jannie is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
