Yeti focuses her practice on corporate finance with a strong emphasis on public takeovers, mergers and acquisitions and post-listing compliance matters and other general commercial matters.
Yeti qualified in Hong Kong and England and Wales in 2006 and 2008, respectively. She joined CFN Lawyers in January 2016 from DLA Piper Hong Kong where she worked there for 11 years since 2004. Her experiences included advising various public takeovers cases and advising various listed companies for their post-listing compliance matters.
