Amanda focuses her practice on corporate finance and regulatory compliance. She also has extensive experience in commercial litigation and general commercial matters.
Amanda qualified in Hong Kong in 2005. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Amanda was an investment banker. Before joining CFN Lawyers, Amanda had worked at Sidley Austin, DLA Piper and the Hong Kong Securities and Future Commission.
